En el momento de la entrega, el conductor actualiza los documentos si fuese necesario y captura la firma del cliente final sobre el albaran. En el caso de utilizar documentos electrónicos, ZippyDocs tiene la capacidad de capturar la firma del cliente electrónicamente y generar el PDF final que puede ser enviado inmediatamente al cliente final.
La eliminación de procedimientos manuales proporciona una importante mejora en la manipulación de documentos evitando demoras innecesarias, confusiones y errores. La conclusión es una clara optimización de procedimientos e importantes ahorros.
Al terminar la ruta de reparto y de regreso al centro de distribución, el conductor puede utilizar una estación de auto-servicio y escanear los documentos ya firmados para actualizarlos en el sistema.
Los documentos pueden ser generados con un código de barras en cada hoja de manera que se puedan reconstruir como documentos completos sin importar el alineamiento ni el orden en que hayan sido escaneadas las páginas.
Los documentos firmados son almacenados en la Base Datos para ponerlos a disposición de los clientes y así evitar demoras en el pago de facturas con la ”excusa” de haber extraviado la copia de algún documento... Este punto suele ser un motivo de muchos disgustos para los Operadores Logísticos.
