Efficient document generation process with less communication line loading

DocPath proposed a decentralized solution, which offered some advantages over a centralized solution, including:

• Faster local processing.
• Less loading on communication lines.

The compensation for using multiple licenses, with their corresponding additional cost, was a very competitive price.

Among factors that moved the balance of the decision process in favor of DocPath were principally two:

• Design ease – other solutions offered similar design functionalities but the DocPath solution was more intuitive and efficient.
• Price – DocPath’s acquisition and maintenance costs were less expensive.

From then on, this important savings bank employs DocPath with a high degree of satisfaction, and its number of generated documents constantly continues to increase. Pre-printed documents have been completely eliminated along with a series of associated costs that go with them such as purchase and storage costs, erroneous printing costs, and the cost of changing pre-printed documents.
